Our Mission at Campus Safety University is “Safer Campus Life – One Student At A Time.” We believe that the responsibility to stay safe lies with the individual. In order to succeed in all areas of your life, you must have facts and information. This includes information related to potential threats to your personal safety – both online in the virtual world and offline in the real world.
As the parent of a high-school senior or college student, you know that once the next chapter of your son’s or daughter’s lives begins at college, things will change in both of your lives. The amount of worry you feel when your child is out of your home and your protection is justified. You cannot always be there for our kids, but you can do the next best thing to being there. You can educate yourself and your child on various ways that they can improve their personal safety once they leave your home.
If you are a soon-to-be or current college student, you should carefully consider the ramifications of anything and everything you choose to do or not in order to make smart and informed decisions. Your parents or guardians will not always be around to help if you find yourself in a bad situation. By learning about different threats before they occur means increasing your awareness and knowledge – just like in your major field of study. The people you meet, the places you go, and the things you do will shape your future and who you become.
Start the next chapter of your future by doing all that you can to stay safe at college and on campus.
Stay safe!

Wow! Great concept for a site and information for students and their parents! Looking forward to learning a lot along with my daughter. My husband and I have been concerned about how to try to help her stay safer when she heads off to college this fall. This will certainly help! Thank you!
